Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Digilu ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with thegravityfunnel.com. Gravity Funnel is a Digilu Membership. The site does not operate a storefront, does not process payments, and does not maintain user accounts. It has one form: the Membership request form at /request.

Information You Give Us

When you submit the Membership request form, we collect the information you enter. Some fields are required and some are optional.

• Required: first and last name, business email address, phone number, business name, and website.
• Optional: preferred contact method, industry, location or service area, approximate monthly marketing spend, approximate monthly lead volume, primary lead sources, average customer or project value, current advertising or marketing partners, your primary concern, and a description of what happens after a lead arrives.
• Submitted automatically with the form: the page you submitted from, the referring URL, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the address bar.

We ask for no payment details, no government identifiers, and no special category data. Please do not include confidential client information or sensitive personal data in the free-text fields.

Why We Collect It and What We Do With It

We use this information for one purpose: to review your request, determine whether Gravity Funnel is the right Digilu Membership for your business, and reply to you. Review is manual. A request does not start a Membership and nothing is charged.

Submitting the form sends a notification to Digilu at [email protected] and an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided. We may look at publicly available information about your business, such as your website, public profiles, and reviews, in order to answer you properly. The consent checkbox on the form covers this.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a Membership request.

How Long We Hold It

Request records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry, and are reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete your request record at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Technical Information

We may collect basic, aggregate technical information such as browser type, referring URL, and device type through standard server logs or privacy-respecting analytics. This information is used in aggregate and is not tied to your personal identity.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling. Interaction events recorded on the site (for example, that a call to action was clicked) contain an action name and the page path only, never form field values or personal details. Your browser may store a single short-lived session value so your request reference can be shown on the confirmation page.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions are delivered by Cloudflare's email sending service. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers handle technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the EEA, the UK, or California, those rights apply and we will honor them.

Children

This is a business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
